The company was incorporated on 02nd November, 1993 under the companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited company which was later converted into Public Limited Company in 1995.
Tirupati Finlease Ltd. is an NBFC registered with RBI under section 45 IA of RBI Act, 1934 vide registration no. 1.00023. Its core business is to provide investment services by acting as managers to the public issue of share debentures, bonds, securities by underwriting and to act as issue houses and to pass on the benefits of portfolio investment to the investors as dividends, bonus interest.
It is also carrying the activities of investment in capital markets, trading & broking with deep research and analysis. Our research has an eye on future sentiments of the market which in turn alerts us before panic strikes the market. Our technical & fundamental analysis helps us to be cautious time to time about the movement of the markets.
Our footsteps are also into financial services. Our primary focus is to ensure access to easy finance in a responsible and inclusive way. We work towards ensuring fulfilling of these twin responsibilities of client protection and responsible lending.
